Welcome to the 2010 Water Moccasins swim season!

If anyone is interested in contributing money towards gifts for our coaches (we have 5 of them), please put the money in the Dorton family folder by next Wed.  (7/21/10).

Thursday, July 22nd:  We will be having a Psych Party Thursday during practice to amp up the swimmers for Championships this weekend. The schedule of events is swimming will be from 9:45 am-10:45 am (ALL SWIMMERS) then we'll eat from 11:00-11:45 am. THERE WILL BE NO OTHER PRACTICE TIMES ON THURSDAY.  Please come and bring some Mason Water Mocs spirit!! We love dressing up and wearing green!!
This year we would like to order the pasta from LaRosa's and have parents donate the salad and desserts.  Each swimmer should provide their own drink .   If your swimmer plans to attend the Psych party Kim Dorton MUST have their name and $5 per swimmer by next Tues. (7/20/10) .     You can not show up with out an RSVP and prior payment since she has to order the food in advance.

Friday, July 23rd and Saturday, July 24th: Next Friday is Championships. Heat sheets are $2 at the meet. Here's a link to information about championships

Monday, July 26th: The End of the Season Banquet is the Monday following Championships! We will plan to order pizza as the main course.  It will be held in the Commons @ Mason High School starting at 6:00pm. This is a semi-dressy event :) We like to have our swimmers looking nice to celebrate the end of the season. Please dress accordingly...plus who doesn't like to dress up a little. If you are coming, please bring a dessert, salad or side dish to share. Also, have your swimmers bring their suit. We'll have some swim time after the banquet.
